"I started my career working at the Dorchester Hotel for the world renowned chef Anton Mosimann. I went on to work in Stockholm, Sweden at Operakalleran and the Swedish houses of parliament, before returning to England and working in various restaurants and hotels.
On returning to the UK, I decided to teach the trade that I love so much, and became a lecturer at college. I had many satisfying years seeing my students develop their skills and embark on their careers.
In 2014 I fulfilled my lifelong ambition to build my own chocolate studio, and Choc n Roll was born! Since then, Choc n Roll has gone from strength to strength, exhibiting at events across Warwickshire, and moving into new premises at FarGo Village in Coventry in 2016."
